 I thought talking to an audience was easy, until you tried it personally. This experience was so frightening that I was shaken by fear, which had a negative impact on my performance.

Fear of speaking to the public is a common problem nowadays, but the promotion of this skill is very important for professional success. The good news is that it is possible to acquire and promote this skill through simple methods. Here are tips to help you:


1. Conduct research on the subject:

Be sure to research of the topic you're going to talk about and try to read as much information as possible. Creating a good topic will help you get the audience's admiration and answer all the questions that may be asked.

2. Train well :

Well trained bring the subject to your family and friends, self-confidence comes as a result of practice and continuous training.

3. Pay attention to the language of your body:

Your posture and movement show how confident you are. So be sure to stand confidently and keep your legs apart. Do not make strange movements with your hands, just use them to explain the topic you are talking about or express your thoughts. But avoid exaggerating movements, distracting the
attention of the public.

4. Avoid speaking the same tone all the time:

Be sure to change your tone from time to time. Speaking the same tone all the time distracts the listener and feels bored.

5.Save the letter:

Keeping your speech helps you gain public respect and appreciation. You can take notes on a sheet to ensure that all key points are mentioned, but avoid writing the entire subject to a paper and reading it to the public.
